Everyone is very sweet and kind both residents and staff alike The leasing office has always had great communication and has been very flexible when we have needed some help. I recommend to anyone looking for a great place in a great location to live here

|Recommended: YesExcellent Apartments — Staff is excellent The underground parking is a nice amenity to have in the winter. The unit that I am in is mostly quiet I don't hear much from other neighbors. However there is a mechanical humming that is consistently off and on through the night and day not noticeable during the day unless it's very quiet . I don't think most people would notice it, but it does wake me up sometimes at night, or makes it hard for me to fall asleep. If you are a sensitive sleeper that likes perfect silence as I am , it might be something to ask about ahead of time. The intercom system is different it goes through your phone and takes some getting used to, but is incredibly nice to have once you do. Maintenance and the folks in the office are very responsive and timely
